Our Team

Kidzcare recruits only adults to the team and work hard to ensure that it maintains a consistently high staffing standard. With the calibre of people that we have, we are able to offer families two options when requesting our services:

(i) Firstly we have a team of professional Nannies who are tertiary qualified and    experienced. Our Nannies are highly sought after.

(ii)   Experienced caregivers. Many in this team are mature, experienced women who have children of their own or have grandchildren. Some are recent graduates having just completed their Nanny training, others have first aid certificates or are experienced working with disabled children. 

Kidzcare offer you peace of mind when using our services – we believe that our team members do not have the same distractions as younger, more inexperienced sitters may. Our team members are conscientious and are very aware that taking care of children is a responsibility to be taken seriously.

All of our team have been vetted by the NZ Police and are fully referenced.

All members of our team hold a current drivers licence and provide their own transport to each assignment.

Families who use our services on a regular basis frequently build close relationships with the caregiver for their children and it is not unusual for this person to become an important member of the family.
